Cancellation & refund policy
How cancellations and refunds work for each kind of booking.
Booking requests
Requests that are not yet paid can be cancelled free of charge from My trips.
Flights
Cancellation and date-change charges follow the airline’s fare rules shown at booking (Saver, Flexi or Super Flexi). Non-refundable fares get the government taxes back.
Hotels
Rooms marked “Free cancellation” can be cancelled free until the date shown. Non-refundable rooms cannot be refunded.
Trains and buses
Train refunds follow Indian Railways rules. Bus refunds follow the operator’s cancellation policy, which depends on how close to departure you cancel.
Holiday packages
The cancellation terms for each package are shared with your quote before you pay.
Refund timelines
Refunds reach the original payment method within 5–7 working days after the airline, hotel or operator approves them. Our convenience fee is non-refundable once a ticket is issued.
