How can we help?
Frequently asked questions
How does booking on HotSafar work?
Choose your flight, hotel, train or bus and send a booking request. Our team confirms the live fare and availability, then sends a secure payment link by SMS/WhatsApp and email. Your ticket is issued as soon as the payment is received.
Do I pay anything when I send a request?
No. Nothing is charged on the website. You pay only through the secure payment link we send after confirming your booking.
How quickly will you confirm my request?
We call you back as soon as possible. For urgent or same-day travel, call us directly on +91 87670 33333.
How do I cancel my booking?
Open My trips, choose the booking and tap Cancel. For confirmed tickets the refund depends on the airline, hotel, bus operator or railway rules.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds reach the original payment method within 5–7 working days after the airline, hotel or operator approves them.
Can I change my travel date?
Yes, in most cases. Flexi fares allow free date changes; other fares charge a fee plus any fare difference. Call us to change a confirmed booking.
How do I get my e-ticket?
Tickets and hotel vouchers are sent to your email and WhatsApp once payment is received, and you can always find your booking in My trips.
How do I apply a coupon?
Enter or pick a coupon on the traveller details step. Coupon terms are shown on the Offers page.
Do you book train tickets on IRCTC?
Yes. We book on IRCTC on your behalf and share the PNR. Tatkal requests must reach us before the Tatkal window opens.
